The protocol
Heat, then cold.
The routine the best recovery clubs run on: about ten minutes of heat, then thirty seconds to a minute of cold. Two or three rounds and you walk out lighter, clearer and completely reset. Pair this sauna with a cold plunge and plan both for the same space.
