3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

* The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
* The customer wishes to return a new item within the return window
* The issue is reported within 48 hours (for damage/defects)
* The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
* The item is unused and includes all original packaging and accessories

Items must be in new condition. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.


4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.


5. Return Shipping and Fees

* Approved returns may include a prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items)
* Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval
* We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to approved returns for non-defective items.
This amount will be deducted from your refund total.


6. Refunds and Replacements

* All returned items are inspected upon receipt
* Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
* Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear

If preferred, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
