At Elysiums Luxe, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience.

Elysiums Luxe is owned and operated by MDM Global LLC.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on elysiumsluxe.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

  • Shipping Cost: Free USA shipping on most orders. Any exceptions will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–9 business days total (processing + transit)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day
    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day
  • Destination: United States

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot receive standard carrier deliveries

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free USA shipping is offered on most orders
  • Any product with different shipping terms will clearly display this:
    • On the product page, and/or
    • At checkout

All shipping costs are displayed upfront — there are no hidden fees.


4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 3–9 business days total from the date of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Some products may require additional handling or delivery time.
If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page and will override the general timeframe above.


5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Other reputable carriers where applicable

Carrier selection depends on product type, size, and destination.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details

Please allow time for tracking updates to become active.


7. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window:

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Please:

  • Confirm your shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and item details

We will send the missing item or issue a refund.


9. Returns & Shipping Relationship

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may result in:

  • Reshipping fees
  • Restocking fees
