When it arrives
  • Arrives by standard carrier to your door.
  • Tracking reaches you as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
  • Report hidden damage within 48 hours of delivery. That note is what protects your claim.
Returns and cancellation
  • 30 days from delivery for a change of mind. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Ask us first so the return is authorized.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies, and return postage is paid by you.
  • The $49 delivery fee is not refunded.
  • Damaged or wrong on arrival: we open the claim with the maker and the carrier for you, and confirm every step in writing.

  • Pairs with any HeatWave hemlock or cedar sauna, and with most other indoor saunas with wood walls.

Delivery, warranty and returns

  • Delivery: $49, added at checkout, and one $49 covers every HeatWave accessory in the same order. Delivered by parcel carrier to the lower 48 states and DC, leaving the warehouse within one business day when in stock.
  • Check the parcel on arrival. Damage: email photos to support@elysiumsluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right.
  • Warranty: covered by the maker's warranty; details on request. If anything comes up after delivery, contact Elysiums Luxe support first. Our team works directly with HeatWave's customer service and warranty teams to make it right.
  • Returns: within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, authorized in advance. A 20% restocking fee applies, return postage is paid by the buyer, and the $49 delivery fee is not refunded.
