When it arrives

A freight carrier calls you to agree a delivery window. You will not be left guessing.
The crate comes off the truck on a lift gate and is set at the curb. Plan for two people to take it from there.
Walk around the crate before you sign. Write any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
Report hidden damage within 48 hours of delivery, or sooner if this page states a shorter window. That note is what protects your claim.

Returns and cancellation

30 days from delivery for a change of mind. The sauna must be unused and in its original packaging. Ask us first so the return is authorized.
A 20% restocking fee applies, and return freight is paid by you. Freight returns must be palletized.
The delivery fee is not refunded.
If the crate arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and tell us right away. We arrange the replacement.
Damaged or wrong on arrival: we open the claim with the maker and the carrier for you, and confirm every step in writing.

A two-person infrared sauna built from A-grade Canadian hemlock, with an extra-deep bench along the back wall. Six carbon heating panels, reading lights, backrests and an 8-color chromotherapy system make it one of HeatWave's most complete two-person rooms.

Delivery, warranty and returns

Freight delivery: $249, added at checkout. Your sauna leaves the warehouse within one business day when it is in stock and is delivered curbside by freight carrier to the lower 48 states and DC. The carrier typically contacts you to book a delivery time. Delivery is to the curb, so plan for two people to move the boxes inside.
Inspect the delivery before you sign. If a box is visibly damaged, refuse it and contact us right away; we arrange the replacement. Concealed damage: email photos to support@elysiumsluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranty: covered by the maker's warranty; details on request. If anything comes up after delivery, contact Elysiums Luxe support first. Our team works directly with HeatWave's customer service and warranty teams to make it right.
Returns: within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, authorized in advance. A 20% restocking fee applies, return freight is paid by the buyer, freight returns must be palletized, and the $249 delivery fee is not refunded.
