Delivery

Delivery is priced for this item and shown in full at checkout. The figure you see there is the figure you pay.

When it arrives

  • A freight carrier calls you to agree a delivery window. You will not be left guessing.
  • The crate comes off the truck on a lift gate and is set at the curb. Plan for two people to take it from there.
  • Walk around the crate before you sign. Write any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
  • Report hidden damage within 48 hours. That note is what protects your claim.

Returns and cancellation

  • 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Ask us first so the return is authorized.
  • Return transport is arranged and paid by you, by insured freight carrier.
  • A restocking fee can apply, up to 25%. We confirm the exact figure with you before you commit to the return.
  • Cancel before dispatch and we charge you nothing. If the maker applies a fee, we tell you the number first.
  • Damaged or wrong on arrival: we open the claim with the maker and the carrier for you, and confirm every step in writing.

The details

Genuine Harvia olivine diabase stones, split-faced and sized 0 to 10 cm, for all Harvia electric and wood-burning heaters. One 44 lb box fills a KIP or The Wall heater.

The stones are what hold and release the heat, and what make steam when water is poured on them. They should be rinsed before first use and re-stacked loosely so air can move between them.
