The details

The Absolute Zero Cold Plunge Chiller keeps plunge water cold without ice. It circulates the water through a steel-framed unit with a GMCC compressor, the same type used in commercial chilling equipment, and holds the temperature you set. It is for anyone running an Absolute Zero tub, the AZ-Adapt bathtub kit, or their own stock tank or DIY plunge. Choose the Standard, or the Pro, which adds a heating mode, filtration with ozone, and Wi-Fi control.

Details

  • Cools as low as 37°F, dropping up to 8 degrees per hour from 70°F
  • Pro adds: heating to 107°F at 2500 W, 20 micron particle filter with ozone, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi app control
  • Pump: 660 gallons per hour, 24 V submersible
  • Standard: 17 in wide, 13 in high, 15 in deep; 640 W, about 5.3 A; 3/4 in camlock fittings
  • Pro: 20 in long, 14 in wide, 17 in high; 890 W, about 7.5 A; 1/2 in NPT fittings
  • Power: 110 to 120 V, 60 Hz household outlet

The protocol Heat, then cold. The routine the best recovery clubs run on: about ten minutes of heat, then thirty seconds to a minute of cold.
