What comes with it

  • Included: Tub with insulated cover, 1 HP chiller and heater unit, quick-connect hoses, cartridge filter, hard water filter, garden hose filter, skimmer net and hose adaptor. App and touch controls.
  • Good to know: Plugs into a dedicated 120V, 15 amp circuit. No plumbing needed. Keep 24 inches clear in front of the chiller fan.
Delivery

Delivery is included in the price you see. Nothing is added at checkout.

When it arrives
  • Freight delivery to the curb, free in the lower 48 states. The carrier calls you to set the delivery day.
  • Inspect it on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before you sign.
  • Report hidden damage within 24 hours. That note is what protects your claim.
Returns and cancellation
  • 30 days from delivery, unused and in like-new condition. Ask us first so the return is authorized.
  • Return delivery and Revive's 20% restocking fee are paid by you.
  • Used or installed units can't be returned.
  • Cancel before your order leaves Revive's warehouse. Revive charges a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Damaged or wrong on arrival: we open the claim with the maker and the carrier for you, and confirm every step in writing.

One tub for both cold plunges and warm soaks. A fiberglass-reinforced acrylic shell gives it a refined finish, and the 1 HP chiller and heater unit takes the water anywhere from 32°F to 107°F at the touch of a button.

Delivery, warranty and returns

  • Free delivery within the contiguous United States.
  • When in stock, it leaves Revive's warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. The freight carrier then calls you to schedule delivery.
  • Warranty: provided by the maker under its own terms, not by Elysiums Luxe. Contact us first with any warranty question and we take it up with the maker for you.
  • Returns follow Revive's policy: within 30 days of delivery, unused and in like-new condition, with a 20% restocking fee and return delivery paid by the buyer. Used or installed units can't be returned, and orders cancelled before they leave the warehouse carry a 5% fee.
