What comes with it

  • Included: Covered deck extension. 8 kW Harvia heater with sauna stones. Roofing kit. Wi-Fi app control.
  • Not included: The dedicated 240V, 50A circuit and the licensed electrician to install it. A cold plunge for the deck.
  • Good to know: Arrives as pre-assembled wall and roof panels for assembly on site. Used or installed saunas can't be returned.
Delivery

Delivery is included in the price you see. Nothing is added at checkout.

Delivered to the lower 48 states and DC. For Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, email support@elysiumsluxe.com to check availability.

When it arrives
  • Freight delivery to the curb, free in the lower 48 states. The carrier calls you to set the delivery day.
  • Inspect it on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before you sign.
  • Report hidden damage within 24 hours. That note is what protects your claim.
Returns and cancellation
  • 30 days from delivery, unused and in like-new condition. Ask us first so the return is authorized.
  • Return delivery and Revive's 20% restocking fee are paid by you.
  • Used or installed units can't be returned.
  • Cancel before your order leaves Revive's warehouse. Revive charges a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Damaged or wrong on arrival: we open the claim with the maker and the carrier for you, and confirm every step in writing.

Before you order

  • Needs a dedicated 240V, 50 amp circuit, wired by a licensed electrician to your local electrical code. The electrician is not included.
  • Arrives as pre-assembled wall and roof panels for assembly on site.

Delivery, warranty and returns

  • Pre-order: Revive has not yet confirmed a delivery date, and confirms the date after your order. Free curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States. The freight carrier typically contacts you to book a delivery appointment. Delivery is to the curb, so you move the sauna from there to where it will stand.
  • Warranty: provided by the maker under its own terms, not by Elysiums Luxe. Contact us first with any warranty question and we take it up with the maker for you.
  • Returns follow Revive's policy: within 30 days of delivery, unused and in like-new condition, with a 20% restocking fee and return delivery paid by the buyer. Used or installed saunas can't be returned, and orders cancelled before they leave the warehouse carry a 5% fee.
The protocol Heat, then cold. The routine the best recovery clubs run on: about ten minutes of heat, then thirty seconds to a minute of cold.
