When it arrives

Freight delivery to the curb, free in the lower 48 states. The carrier calls you to set the delivery day.
Inspect it on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before you sign.
Report hidden damage within 24 hours. That note is what protects your claim.

Returns and cancellation

30 days from delivery, unused and in like-new condition. Ask us first so the return is authorized.
Return delivery and Revive's 20% restocking fee are paid by you.
Used or installed units can't be returned.
Cancel before your order leaves Revive's warehouse. Revive charges a 5% cancellation fee.
Damaged or wrong on arrival: we open the claim with the maker and the carrier for you, and confirm every step in writing.

An authentic dry-heat sauna for two, sized for a smaller footprint indoors or out. Thermo-treated hemlock gives it stability and moisture resistance, and a 3.5 kW Harvia heater brings it up to 194°F.

Your first session

Warm it up from the app on your way home, so the room is ready the moment you walk in.
Settle in for 10 to 15 minutes, and build toward 20 as it becomes part of your evening.

Free curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States. The freight carrier typically contacts you to book a delivery appointment. Delivery is to the curb, so you move the sauna from there to where it will stand.
Warranty: provided by the maker under its own terms, not by Elysiums Luxe. Contact us first with any warranty question and we take it up with the maker for you.
Returns follow Revive's policy: within 30 days of delivery, unused and in like-new condition, with a 20% restocking fee and return delivery paid by the buyer. Used or installed saunas can't be returned, and orders cancelled before they leave the warehouse carry a 5% fee.

Questions buyers ask

Will it fit? With the outdoor roof it measures 62.6" wide, 59" deep and 82.4" high; the body itself is 47.4" by 43.3". It arrives as panels, so the pieces go through a normal doorway and are assembled where it will stand.

What power does it need? A dedicated 240V, 20 amp circuit with a NEMA 6-20 outlet, the same kind of 240V supply an electric dryer or range uses. A licensed electrician sets it up; that is not included.

Indoors or outdoors? Either. A roofing kit is included for outdoor placement.

How does it arrive, and who builds it? Free curbside freight delivery within the contiguous United States; the carrier contacts you to book a time. The wall and roof panels come pre-assembled, and you or your installer put them together. Assembly is not included.
